The fish maw steak is cooked and left to simmer in rich chicken stock at a licenced New Zealand factory. Each pack of fish maw steak is high in collagen and nutrients that are believed to be great for your skin and digestion.
Just need heating up over a slow heat for several minutes and it is ready to serve.
