The fish Maw steak cooked with Savoury Braised Sauce is developed by one of top chefs in Singapore whose restaurant has been operating three generations being included in the Black Pearl restaurant guide since 2020. 

The fish maw steak is cooked and left to simmer in rich chicken stock at a licenced New Zealand factory. Each pack of fish maw steak is high in collagen and nutrients that are believed to be great for your skin and digestion.

Just need heating up over a slow heat for several minutes and it is ready to serve.
